Bought a brand new in sealed box item from them, went back home open up and found the screws are all rusty on the item. I feed back to them and I did not even ask for refund or exchange. They became very defensive and just say that it's a very old item, did not even apologise or empathise with the collector. Really bad service.

Very bad service. Pre-ordered a toy and when the packaging came damaged, owner just said its like that, either take it or leave it. When I decided not to buy, he said to his staff ‘remove this person from our database and ban him’. Come on i bought from u a few times and that is how u treat a customer when the toy came damaged. Collectors will know the packaging is as important as the toy. There are definitely better toy shop owners out there who value customers. U just lost one.
Don't preorder from this website, super slow and have to do by bank transfer.
ETA was Nov but it didn't arrive. I emailed them and they said it will be released around mid Dec so i waited. It is now January 2022 and I still haven't heard from them at all! Almost every other area in the world already has the product in stores already.
Super disappointed in them, will not shop again after getting my pre-ordered products.
EDIT: emailed them regarding the shipments, the owner states that the shipment arrived 31st Dec during holiday, but they are planning on emailing 3rd Jan to avoid inconviencing members.
the owner also added that shipping times have been uncertain due to the pandemic. A time variance of 2-3 weeks or more is not unusual as manufacturers are not sending out stocks to all distributors at the same time...
Order at your own risk, but this clears up some stuff from our back and forth emails! I do suggest that the shop updates us via email when the ETA for shipments are delayed.

Hot toys last models. If you are searching old models, you will not find then here. The young owner, will advice you for older models to go to the mall central plaza, 7th floor and 4th floor for older pieces. At least what is remaining :(
I’ve been buying all kinds of collectibles for more than a decade from here. Easy to chat or just book online. Delivery available or just pickup in store. The team is reasonable, humble and great to deal with.

Wonderful experience - getting the nostalgia of Star Wars toys. Never gets old. Owner is friendly and warm. No pressure selling. You find joy in this hobby. Great place for beginners to start.
